Yoga

It really works! I know someone my age shouldn't be stressed out, but I am. So everyday when I get home from school each day... I do yoga. I don't feel stressed anymore and I have the energy to finish out the rest of the day. You should try it!

A suggested Yoga to some one who was really stressed and they came back a cuple days later and thanked me.
Aparetly it does work.
